Tonya Gross Millinery was founded in 2006.

Tonya Gross of Tonya Gross Millinery is an award-winning accessories designer and communications consultant. Tonya is the former fashion director for the City of Chicago, executive producer of Chicago’s Fashion Week, Covet Markets, and Shop Small Chicago. She is a long-time advocate for regional creative businesses and slow manufacturing initiatives through her work with creative institutions, non-profits, emerging brands, local media, and of course, Tonya Gross Millinery.

Tonya utilizes her background in finance, marketing, customer service, project and program management, and years of millinery practice to deliver well-crafted, imaginative designs and a great customer experience. Tonya’s work is inspired by art, nature, and music and uses traditional millinery methods and non-traditional materials to create one-of-a-kind hats and other wearables for clients and collections.
