Meet Penelope, a chocolate brown beret hat with self bow. Penelope is hand-finished with millinery grosgrain and elastic to secure to head. Hat is shipped in a small hat box with tissue placed inside a shipping box.
Measurements: 7" across, 3" height. 22” hat size. Please check your head measurements to make sure this will fit you.
